I had such a lovely experience with Dr Tan at Halley Aesthetics and I genuinely appreciate the time and care he took to understand my concerns and tailor the treatment specifically to me. What I particularly appreciated was that he also took time to discuss about my health as I mentioned it before discussing my skin concerns, which made me feel very reassured and well looked after. What stood out to me was that Dr Tan didn’t simply recommend a one-size-fits-all treatment. He listened carefully to what I was hoping to achieve, assessed my condition and skin thoroughly, and gave me thoughtful, honest advice on what would be most suitable for me. I never felt as though I was being pushed towards a particular treatment. Instead, I felt that his priority was genuinely to achieve the best outcome for me. I was especially impressed by how clearly and patiently he explained everything. Dr Tan actually showed me where my dermis is on the ultherapy machine and explained where he was targeting and, more importantly, why. I found this incredibly helpful because I could understand exactly what the treatment could do rather than simply going through the process without knowing what was happening beneath the surface. His ability to explain things in such a clear and approachable way gave me a great deal of confidence. The entire team at Halley Aesthetics also deserves a special mention. Everyone was so warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. Thank you, Dr Tan, for your patience, warmth, professionalism and thoughtful approach. It’s refreshing to meet a doctor who takes the time to educate, listen and personalise his advice so carefully. Dr Terence Tan of Halley Medical Aesthetics is a godsend for aesthetic surgery in Singapore. He is meticulous and more importantly, conservative – in his approach. He understands facial anatomy. He understands his patients. He does it in calibrated fashion to get the results that will make the Gods happy. I will give him 5 stars. His Archilles Heel is his backend. Dr Tan needs individuals who represent his brand of perfection. They are over-zealous/perfunctory in selling packages. It can be over-pressurising at times after treatment. His staff need to be educated that patient welfare is primus inter pares, not an end goal of meeting KPIs of getting patients pump more revenue into the clinic. It leaves a bitter experience after meeting a world class medical practitioner like Dr Tan. For those who want to try Halley, my suggestion is to reach out to Celine or Yuki, although a better approach is to talk to Dr Tan directly. Cheers.
