Micro-Botox

What is Micro-Botox?

Micro-Botox is when botulinum neuromodulators (more commonly known as “botox”) is injected in very small doses on areas like the jawline, under eye area, and cheeks for skin rejuvenation.

The benefits of Micro-Botox treatment are:

Benefits of Micro-Botox

Firmer, less oily skin
Removes fine wrinkles
Control oil production
Smaller pores

Refines skin texture

Controls sweat production

Natural-looking mini facelift

Reduces eyebags

Treats acne

How does Micro-Botox work?

Unlike regular botulinum treatments, Micro-Botox is injected in the skin and not into the muscles that control facial expression. This same method can be used for different brands of botulinum neuromodulators like Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin.

The result of Micro-Botox is a chiseled, poreless, and powdered look anytime of the day.

What to expect during Micro-Botox treatment?

After consultation with the doctor, the therapist will cleanse your face and apply numbing cream. After about 15 mins, the therapist will clean off the numbing cream and the doctor will mark out the areas requiring treatment.

Very small doses of Micro-Botox are then injected using the finest needle.

Are there side effects?

Needle marks, mild redness, and bruises can occur but generally resolve rapidly and can be concealed with makeup. Tiny bumps may remain over the injection site for up to 12 hours. Minimal post treatment care is needed.
