Prior to the launch of CoolSculpting Elite in Singapore, Dr. Terence Tan, founder and director of Halley Medical Aesthetics, conducted clinical studies on CoolSculpting Elite back in 2021, and all consultants and therapists at Halley were trained on the new technology back then.
With the official launch of CoolSculpting Elite in Singapore on 29 April 2023, Halley organised a refresher course on 2 May 2023 for all its doctors and therapists to ensure that they are up-to-date with the technology and can provide an effective treatment for their patients. The refresher course covered topics such as what’s new in CoolSculpting Elite as compared to older versions of the machines and applicators, how to operate the new CoolSculpting Elite machine, and a hands-on training session with new applicators.
CoolSculpting Elite updated iteration of the popular CoolSculpting machine features seven applicators of different shapes, faster treatment time, and better patient comfort. Having covered the updates in CoolSculpting technology and how the new CoolSculpting Elite machine differs from the older version of CoolSculpting machines, the seven new CoolSculpting Elite applicators of different shapes and sizes were introduced to our team as well. These Elite applicators were designed to provide better fit for different body contours, including smaller and more curved areas. The applicators also feature a shallower and wider fit, hence they are able to draw in fat with minimal trauma to the surrounding skin and minimising discomfort to the patient.
